Good advice on looking at pricing.  

Then she looked at me and I said, “Your Honor, I don’t even know who she is”, and she looked at Dear Martin and he said, “She’s my mother, she my mother”, and I said, “Your Honor, that is not his mother, his mother lives in Italy”, so the Judge made him leave her outside the gate where the onlookers were seated.

In the mean time I will stay with my full time job and work on looking for duplex and triplex as a beginner. 

@Lois Sivad  to quote Mark Twain, "Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference."

Apparently hitting the cinder-block wall was so loud, people thought there had been an explosion, so there were a pretty good amount of curious onlookers. 

I'm saying it to encourage you to keep on looking for the best deal.

I lost a good deal because I had a realtor who was very smart, put me off a few days on looking at a property. 

See how many fix/flips are going on, look at the recent sales in the area, or if there are any new builds like you want to do. 

Keep on looking.
