@Randy E., yea that was the plan but then the broker jumped in and decided that they wouldn't accept any type of communication from the HOA on this matter and that we just needed to FIX IT!

We have already done all the plumbing connections and I have talked to PG&E already on getting another meter, I also already have another address for the ADU.The design of this house has 2 dormers & 100 sq feet loft space which is not included in the 720 sq feet.
