I started to listen the the podcast and I always been interested in real state but now I am thinking about getting my real state license and start learning more.

I'm actually curious to hear what REI nation's impression of the Huntsville market is right now.

Also good news is that the rates right now are typically comparable to even conventional investments (sometimes about .25-.5% higher rate but we have seen them dead even as well).  

Now, she is reaching out three months ahead of her lease expiration to ask for no increase again.How can I politely but firmly tell her there is no way i am keeping the rent the same?
