I live between Somerset and Middlesex counties, so I’ve definitely noticed how tight the inventory can be.

For example how many post do we see that Say I live in LA which is expensive and need to look OOS .. and how many post do we see that says I live in Cleveland and I want to invest in LA. ???

When it comes time to renew the lease, tell them you are not renewing it and they need to find another place to live. 

The people within your subdivision may sell the house for you, as they may have family/friends who want to live close to them, and people are always intrigued by new construction in their neighborhood. 

I grew up north of San Francisco and moved out here to live and invest.

My partner and I have been living in Dutchess for a few years, and are moving a bit north for his work, and are excited at the real estate opportunities this also unlocks. 

I was able to check an old listing and it showed it as being 2 units instead of 3 and one bedroom/bathroom less than what they are claiming.Tomorrow I plan on having my pretty wife knock on a couple doors, hopefully she can talk to someone living there so we don't get something substantially different.

The setup felt like a personal connection all in pursuit of getting your business.  90% of it was done by AI and the other 10% came when a live rep was available.
