All that this guideline is for is to make a conservative and average assumption of total costs during a long period of time while holding rental property.Not only is the horse dead, he has resurected and then has been beaten to a bloody pulp and killed again.I agree a rule may suggest fact, and I see Bryan's point to "protect" newbies from any misconceptions, but to get all to change the name appears to be futile.
