Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer Blakley and I've always had a love for houses that needed someone to come and bring them back to life...I'be been in and out of the remodeling business for 30 yrs and I was a property manager for 2 yrs...I believe that it's time for me to do this on my own instead of for someone else.

She owned it for 20 Yrs and owe $140k and she wouldn't mind a extra 10-20k if she sell. 

I have more than thirty yrs as a R.E. broker advising investors and investing myself.

The majority of my personal investments have happened in last couple of yrs.  

I spoke with the refinance company and they stated my current income wont "support" me keeping a mortgage that my name has been on for the past 8 yrs.

It has been a challenge being an all cash buyer when 24-30 yrs old i was asked to provide additional proofs of funds and would just embrace it as growing pains.

I left the industry for a couple yrs to focus on different things .

You say you haven't bought from the bank in yrs, so where should I try to get deals from if not REO?

-Get a 15 yrs mortgage but pay it off early ~5-7 yrs-I have contacted a few agents but would love to hear from some of you who are much more experience. 

I am new also, not the area (4 yrs in) , but to Real Estate Investing.
