If you remember people that lived through the great depression of 1929 they still kept there money under mattresses for decades after the crash.ccand those folks also eschewed debt.. my grand father never paid interest ever.. if he could not pay

They left tons of stuff (damaged / broken) for me to clean with tags on this stuff labeled "stays here" (broken computers, mattresses, box springs, an old broken dryer, etc) - indicating intentional.If I had an actual security deposit - I at least would have been able to cover some of the damages / unpaid rent.

Yes,, I actually have listed on my move out / cleaning cost this type of thing listed.I charge 35.00 per mattress, 50.00 bucks a sofa,, Ect along with labor fee's to move it out.
