IE they get a judgement they bounce a check.. they buy something they should not.. the same pattern of bad money management that got them to Naca in the first place.However if a person buckles down and follows their direction to a tee.. you can get a smoking deal.. the one I sold to a buyer I bought down the interest rate all the way to .75% plus paid closing cost for them.. so on a 90k mortgage the payment was something like 200 a month or less..

Vinyl has dye lots, pattern matches...and if you don't buy enough at the initial purchase to fix future problems, you will be dealing with different vinyl looks at some point down the road.Personally, I think LVP/LVT (Luxury Vinyl Plank/Tile) is the better choice to install throughout the traffic areas.
