I used epoxy and a little tint and spray paint and turned it into faux marble. 

Migration patterns generally, I think, remain to be seen.

I've seen worse, but it seems to be a pattern with places and pools I'll admit.

Through these metrics, a pattern may show of tenant "rentability" which would focus more on landlord rental experience with the tenant, as compared to standard background check sources which may miss key attributes specific to landlord interests.

IE they get a judgement they bounce a check.. they buy something they should not.. the same pattern of bad money management that got them to Naca in the first place.However if a person buckles down and follows their direction to a tee.. you can get a smoking deal.. the one I sold to a buyer I bought down the interest rate all the way to .75% plus paid closing cost for them.. so on a 90k mortgage the payment was something like 200 a month or less..

Vinyl has dye lots, pattern matches...and if you don't buy enough at the initial purchase to fix future problems, you will be dealing with different vinyl looks at some point down the road.Personally, I think LVP/LVT (Luxury Vinyl Plank/Tile) is the better choice to install throughout the traffic areas.

J Scott has some good information on this in his book, especially regarding the “flipping pattern” and large % increases in price after the rehab.

Speaking of granite here are the colors we are using on this project...And for the baths...We are actually using REAL marble for the baths...

New painted maple shaker cabinets, calacutta/carerra marble backsplash, and light grey quartz counters.

Or, if county recorders have their records online and those include the names of lenders, look through those records and see if any patterns emerge.
