My financial situation is alright I don’t have a tone of money laying around but I’m not stressing over bills.

Sometimes, you find useful things, though, or rather useful hints to the house's history.The most useful thing I've found in my current reno project is scraps of newspaper in a ceiling that pinpointed when the thickbed tile floor in the bathroom above was installed, 1945, between VE and VJ day.

Lay down your rules and make sure they are aware no deviation will be permitted, they will be strictly enforced.

I had it inspected and found that the roofers had swept all of their leftover debris to the center and tiled over it, this caused water to pool and the underlayment to eventually fail.

However we’re human and you seem like a compassionate one.I’ve found success by having an honest conversation with the tenants, and laying out a clear timeline.
