Well things have changed a lot lately.

I have been listening to podcasts lately on real estate investing.

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

I have sold a few to investors, going to meet with a builder rep this afternoon to lock in some pricing that is more investor friendly.  

Is it too late to sell to an owner occupant before values crash too?

Late in everything, not answering phone calls or emails, etc.

Otherwise the background check features, having a pre-set but editable application, direct deposit, rent reminders to my tenants, and automatically adds late payment fees (should that be needed). 

I'm always on the lookout for new deals and strategies, and lately, I've been focusing on off-market groups for flips.
