Even in housing.  

My plan for this year is to remodel and upgrade the house to then put it to cashflow either via short/long term rental.

And being BP which is small investor ( majority) dominated and slanted towards wholesaling houses or fix and flipping this is simply a different arena..

I don't think you are being honest with the math.The most expensive county in Maryland has an average rent of $2,300 for a 3-bed home.

Hey Matt,We have definitely had a dip in demand and it has been harder to find qualified tenants, but we have attributed it to the seasonal ups and downs.
