People generally understand, whether its lemonade, cars, homes, small boutiques if you've dealt with a level of responsibility in one area you generally can be trusted to remain honesty and ethical.

Honesty, they are managing your asset, liabilities associated with it, and your MONEY.Knowledgeable especially on local issues, local inspection protocol, and landlord tenant laws and restrictions. 

Honesty in their Advertising (1 star):Go to their website and you'll see they're advertising a 4.5 star amazon rating and a 5 star google rating.

@Tom Scott  I see exactly where you are coming from and its two ways you can look at the situation in my eyes...1) As you mentioned, give them enough information in which will get them a small leg up but, I feel like it shows your honest. I

:-)Yes, I realize you are upfront about this, but the fact is many people are attracted by those numbers that you admit can be a joke; and then when they see they are bogus, they get turned off to the legitimacy/honesty of the wholesalers posting.IMO, it is in your best interests long term to figure out a way to police this.
