Thanks for all the great discussion here on this subject, it is very enlightening, and perhaps tax deed sales should be a separate board.

Perhaps I need to alter my perspective, work harder, or be enlightened.

This heightened concentration was not witnessed in any other year, making it a unique and potentially concerning situation.The Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon influenced many investors to pour heavily into these stocks, seeking significant rewards.

having a conservative underwriting technique is a great way to double check and be safe so you can fully feel confident in the deal and more than likely be surprised in the deal in a good way. can you please enlightenment me as to what a “conservative underwriting technique” would look like to you?
