If you are pretty comfortable and liquid and can absorb the months of breakeven or slight loss without a material harm to your personal financial situation, you should probably hold out. 

My view is that inflation will erode the value of the fixed debt and you will capture more of the gains and avoid some of the harmful impacts of inflation. 

But it will never ever cover the amount of the possible harm in a worse case scenario I don’t know how bad the bite was but any dog biting a stranger is terrible territory.

If something is zoned multi-family, what possible harm can it cause if someone wants to do STR instead of long term provided they follow all the rules regarding trash and noise, etc?
