I have a very in depth multi-family hacking strategy but it really depends on your goals.

Will the depth of the municipal sewer line support a gravity fed sewer or will you need to pump it?

(Keep in mind that some newer PM’s may still be building their reputation, so you may need to do some in-depth research for this.

BP has tons of resources for more in depth info on this topic and I highly recommend you check out as much of it as possible before buying a property.

Best advise I could give you is to do some in depth research on the marker you plan on buying and once the air clears from what's going on start building your portfolio.
