This was done to protect senior citizens on fixed incomes from being forced to sell their homes due to unaffordable property tax increases.Since the passing of this amendment, all properties in Michigan have two property tax values associated with them:State Equalized Value (SEV): supposedly equal to 50% of the market value of a property, not based on recent sales price.Taxable Value: the SEV annually capped as long as there is not a transfer of ownership.City Assessors are charged with determining how much property values have changed each year.

Also, regarding the 15% you pay to Airbnb replaces the commission your guests used to have to pay to Airbnb so you should be able to charge it through your guests through your pricing.And, yes, operating short-term rentals in Mexico, while cheap compared to developed countries, is somewhat more expensive than in Colombia, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic because Mexico is more developed.

They charge $1500, get you into the door, using you to find a deal, setting up partnership to make you carry 100% debt and all the risk, while ripoff 80% ownership (include the 10% for sponsorship to get loan)You definitely can get some useful information from their event but do deal with them?
