That's short term and long-term, it just does not add up.I am expecting some form of disruption in the industry, but things are so tight in RE it won't happen anytime soon or it'll happen sooner because of how tight it is.

What worked for me was partnering with a trusted local business or coworking space in the area and using their address (with their consent, of course).

While land loans still require good financials, smaller local lenders are often more willing to work with unique situations.You could also look into partnering with a private lender or forming a joint venture with someone who shares your vision.

I also have this same question about a Multifamily deal we have where we will need to purchase land before approvals.. you’d think being in this as deep as we are we’d know this answer but, it’s actually proven to be a pretty difficult thing for me to come across even with speaking to several people in the industry.. my own mother is 32 year lender.
