I am pretty sure this violates several federal anti trust laws as well. 

So i would check out the local government for section 8 payments in your area.

Well, I will tell you how I did it (or you can just listen to me on the podcast in my signature below).I spent a career working in local government.

Plus you never know what the government could do in potentially changing the rules. 

They are already inheriting my property; the government isn't required to benefit them even further.

Also, if the new buyer defaults on the loan you'll lose your entitlement forever unless you (or someone) pays the government back whatever they paid on your behalf.

Zoning must be residential, recreational, forest, or agricultural (remove the commercial, exempt, government, etc.)5.)

I encourage all others who have been swindled or have had similar experiences to share them too and to submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, State Board of Accountancy, Federal Trade Commission, Police Department’s Financial Crime Unit, and the District Attorney.For the potential franchisee owners who are considering this as a business, I would run the other way!
