But if you have vintage 1928 across the board--steer clear (I would) due to investment required to make it safe and habitable. 1970 in original condition you could probably make work for less.

So, back in the day before the (in my view wholly unnecessary) Dodd-Frank Safe Act it was common to perform a lease option as follows:Large "option payment" as a faux down-payment.Charge well above market rentProvide generous rent-credits based upon the performance of the tenant-buyer.Make the tenant-buyer pay for repairs below (say) $500.In the case of a Subject-To deal the prior owner might be contractually on the hook for repairs above $500.I realize Dodd Fank changed much of that.

The only primaries you can legally buy are things like getting your rent payments reported or a few jewelry club membership sites paying for other primaries are ILLEGAL.

We've had a robbery claim as well.About 25 years ago, someone broke in and got off with a lot of our belongings (electronics, cameras, jewelry etc).

taking a drawer with you when you look at colors is a great idea.Also, check out the faux metal backsplash stuff they have a Lowes/Home Depot these days- 20'x20' squares of this plastic stuff, easy to install (glue it on) and really looks nice.
