At any rate, if some tenant decides to ever sue you because their kid got sick and the tenant is claiming it's because the kid ate the dirt in the yard and it was contaminated - you have the paperwork from the city saying it was dealt with legally.

welcome to the party.I went through a similar situation. i'm in my 40's and have a 2 and a 4 yr old. work full time and had a a full time nanny that ate through my savings. we determined it would be more cost effective to have the wife stay home with the kids instead.
