I want to hang my license again so that I can use it for my own investments.I recently interviewed a few brokers and expressed to them I want to focus on my own F&F and F&H, and some residential resale.

If you educate yourself on the topics and can express to people that you know how to handle a partnership, then there will be a lot of people willing to invest with you.

When I expressed my concerns; however, I just wasn't offered the reassurance I would have hoped from my guy.I don't expect to have my hand held, but it is my first investment of this kind.

If several people express interest I would be happy to set up a forum to hopefully notify others.

However, another real estate agent expressed she was also interested in assisting me with investment deals.
