My question is: If the HOA changes the bylaws to ban smoking (which they plan to vote on), and the lease held by the smoking tenant only specifies no smoking "within the unit," is there any legal recourse for the smoking tenant?

I'm completely lost at why people would spend money on class and workshop, when they can actually use that money and go find deals a bit outside of the expensive city we're in. $8,000 could got you started on a deal, or do a mailing list of some kind.

With a fideicomiso, the gross income is taxed through a withholding tax whereas, with the corporation, the rate, you can deduct expenses but the taxation rate is higher.

Going to try out PayRange, the Shine Pay is slightly more expensive and the one quote about the 20 units appears to be from shinepay as it is the only qoute they ever made... not sure which is better but both look like good options
