My name is Morgan Wallace, and I am here working to become a Real Estate Entrepreneur.

Since in  Real Estate Investing to a certain extent you are mimicking past entrepreneurs business plans & there systems your ability to put these successful ideas into place will determine your success.BP, what systems do you have in place & for what steps in the process?

Knowing at an early age that I wanted to be an entrepreneur I began my college career as a business major with a concentration in management.

We specialize in 0% interest funding for small business owners, RE investors, and entrepreneurs.

My past has shown me that I will indeed fail, but that these failures will help me grow into a stronger and more successful person/entrepreneur/investor.  

We also look for tenants for this commercial properties and also we look for property managers who have knowledge of the Hialeah area and market.I'm a NY based entrepreneur and been investing in RE for 15 years, I also hold a FL Real Estate Sales Associate license and i'm employed through a broker in Doral, FL. 

I am a recent real estate entrepreneur in California who is looking to wholesale (first). flip real estate (second). and buy and hold (third)  I have been involved for the last couple of years, mostly as a lender (but with limited funding).
