Easier than an eviction, and keeps you out of a type of domestic dispute, which are explosive at times.

Domestic violence, bedbugs, mental illness, aggressive and violent behavior, criminal behavior including drug dealing, illegal pitbulls to guard the drugs, prostitution, prostitution of their children,  illegal occupants, wouldn't pay their portion of the rent, filth, destruction of the property. 

One thing to consider is where the assets of the borrower are located (beyond the RE), if you get a CA judgment, you'll still have to domesticate in another state. 

I was wondering why there might be a cover-up in this case, especially if there was domestic violence involved.

We have invested inone vacant residential lot in South Carolina under this LLC which we plan to wholesale in the near future but we want to make our LLC domestic to MD. 

When I went to my local clerk of court website this morning to look further, I discovered the additional offenses, including a domestic battery charge they had not reported that was less than 4 years old and an eviction proceeding less than 2 years old, neither of which were included in the report from TBS.

I found one day PM was not getting back to anyone, and I do mean anyone, then come to find out she very literally disappeared after a domestic issue, and all associates of her's were freaking out with no clue what or how to do anything, no access into systems without passcodes, it was a nightmare. 

Thanks Jon.. actually i just had a conversation with a sales rep of a online registration company and so we figured forming a Nevada LLC cost $300 per year to maintain it while NY LLC cost more to start (because of the publication cost but depends on which part of NYS) but only $9 per two years for biennial report filling... and foreign LLC in NYS cost as much as forming a domestic LLC in NYS.. so the choice is clear...Thank you again for your input!!
