I feel this gives me the flexibility to find the right solution for my client and not just sell what my bank offers.

If you are looking to be an investor then I would suggest you don't be an agent that is a poor mans game and it will make it way more difficult to find deals. 

The course is long and test is difficult so make sure you are committed.

The first and most important key pieces far too many ignore, are not aware of or miss in all this is (a) the very REAL state of where things are in the nation at this point in time, and (b) the very complex and difficult work to.... well for lack of a better term "un-fck" things. 

Thing is, you need to understand it's going to a difficult way to earn a living.

For practitioners in the real estate industry, the biggest challenge is not just the difficult work, high risks, or immense pressure, but the necessity to learn to let go of complete control over outcomes.

Have a client that does sober living homes here in B/CS.
