As you build up equity or cash you can start to grow into mobile home parks, SFH, fix flip, MFH, land development,’etc.  

The buildings are mostly located in neighborhoods which are under a lot of development.

I can only assume that it is because the situation was so clear cut that they were a REP (IE full time development), the audits were focused around other issues.
