I've been doing this for over 12 years.One last comment: you hate your current electrician job and want to quit, I get it, but make sure that you are truly running towards something, and not just running away from something ... been there, done that, and the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence, just a different shade of brown.

agreed, don't paint the brick. you can allow the new owners to make that decision, or maybe dye it to be a more modern color like a darker brown or darker gray (i'm not a fan of red brick inside). and paint the bright brass black. but i LOVE the mid century style, it's very cool!

The roof looked to have darker spots on portions of the roof but the description says "newer roof" etc..
