Or hang out at places where people with money go, i.e. nice hotel bars, nice restaurants, country clubs, etc.

I’m new to real estate investing, I live out of the country, and looking to dive into the Indianapolis market.

However, since we are staying out of the country, we would like to look for a reliable airbnb property management companies to do the end-to-end management from task i.e. listings, fixing a broken lock, get the house clean, liaise with guest etc.Any recommendation?

Your question is basically a winding path back to the same answer, no matter what anyone says.

Select a larger area that is at least 30 minutes in each direction. with maybe a hand full of exceptions I am pretty sure you would be hard pressed to find a mix that represents the demographic cross section of this country and therefor a wide range of neighborhoods.

For good areas to invest, check out Seminole Heights, University Area, Town 'N Country, and East Tampa, to mention a few.
