No need to define family, bring up discrimination possibilities.LLs need to understand in all states that a lease conveys all the rights of the owner's rights of possession, not just limited rights under certain conditions.

I don't care what you call it, if it's an obligation the buyer is expected to assume, then they are conveying real estate with clouded title.
