It depends on whether or not you are painting two coats or switching colors.We always use Home Depot's Satin finish paint and go with like a very light tan or Linen White.

Also, sometimes the low-flow part is implemented by a small nozzle/restrictor that goes into the back of the shower head as a separate piece; a few tenants might be clever enough to unscrew the shower head, take that part out, and screw the head back on.If they don't already have these, you might "sell" this as an upgrade by installing the kind that have a flexible hose (so you can hold the shower head in your hand) and a bar that the shower head can be hung on at different heights.

The court case you mention seems to be more in line with taxpayers who are renting out bedrooms on AirBNB, in which case I would definitely include ONLY the actual space allocated to guests and which the taxpayer does NOT utilize or access except to clean the room, refresh linen, etc.I don't see that vacation home rules come into play at all in a house hack.

I would call and interview the cleaning companies and make sure you find one that includes laundering the linens off site.
