I’m dying to know Thomas, what is it that makes you believe these 4 folks with Doctorate degrees or PhD’s in Vet Med who are multi published and referenced dozens of times throughout various academic journals (those are those ones held to scientific standards a fair amount more strict than hearsay online) are completely incorrect...Have a read through this on Jstor sometime:Journal of Veterinary Behavior: Clinical Applications and ResearchVolume 3, Issue 3, May–June 2008, Pages 134-140

You don't mind paying the lawyer or doctor to solve your problems... why is this any different?

If that is the case, however, you can add "scientist", "doctor", "judge", and "college professor" to your list of insults.

If it's a big university with graduate students, you can sometimes reduce the trashing/partying stuff by trying to find grad student tenants...most doctoral students are too busy to party all the time, and they tend to be more mature than the undergrads.

How about Doctors who have lost their license for various reasons?

There aren't a lot of places where high income matches real estate bargains unless you're a high dollar professional like the small town doctor or small town lawyer. 

The article in the paper mentioned the doctors said she will never get rid of the scars on her arms and face.

Just like being a doctor.
