We did tell him we've noticed a lot of ants but thought it was normal since we AND our children were only sleeping in one of the bedrooms since we moved in.

I had rekindled my desire to pursue real estate this year and BP has fanned that flame...Im married to an awesome woman and have 4 beautiful children all of which present me with motivation to make some things happen.

That's one of the reasons why I never buy older than 1980, I'm not sure where you're buying at but I know some states (I want to say DC and PA) have laws about renting to family/people with children if there's a possibility of lead

I'm not turning any one's suggestions down at all but I don't feel comfortable with house hacking because my children will be staying with me three days a week.
