Just got off the phone with them.

We have android phones and the mobile app works fine. 

But it certainly takes time (and costs add up too, with each skip and time spent on the phone with each prospect, or paid to VA to do it for you).

This would make you totally hands off, other than responding to inquiries (which can be done on your phone).

If they will be on the phone, request recordings of them as part of their application so that you can check their English.
