Although it wasn't anything major it still shows how the faucet suddenly became the sink and drain assembly as well and combine that with the fact that the sink cabinet was so small I could hardly squeeze into it to work on things as it was.

Minor diy work with little contracting like adding a wall to make a 4th room (old owners took the wall down a long time ago), restaining cabinets, backsplash, flooring, paint walls, tile, crown molding, add tub to half bath by knocking out closet, fixing up the master bedroom en suite, etc.

M Marie Maxwell , oops, there goes my ignorance on markets, lol. most "row" houses here are 5-10 houses stuck to each other, they usually just put in the cheapest materials to just be called a "house", most buyers rip of 30-60% of the finishes and install their own. we are talking about laminate countertops, $1/sf floors, osb cabinets, etc.
