You got rid of those sweet oak cabinets?!?

Although it wasn't anything major it still shows how the faucet suddenly became the sink and drain assembly as well and combine that with the fact that the sink cabinet was so small I could hardly squeeze into it to work on things as it was.

The kitchen has basic cabinets but it does have granite counters.

It was a great resource and motivator to listen to while staining cabinets etc.

Minor diy work with little contracting like adding a wall to make a 4th room (old owners took the wall down a long time ago), restaining cabinets, backsplash, flooring, paint walls, tile, crown molding, add tub to half bath by knocking out closet, fixing up the master bedroom en suite, etc.

Computers, printers, file cabinets, software programs like QuickBooks. 

M Marie Maxwell , oops, there goes my ignorance on markets, lol. most "row" houses here are 5-10 houses stuck to each other, they usually just put in the cheapest materials to just be called a "house", most buyers rip of 30-60% of the finishes and install their own. we are talking about laminate countertops, $1/sf floors, osb cabinets, etc.

But all cabinets and counters tops are good, appliances included except washer and dryer for the 2 units setup for them.

Granite counters or brand new cabinets in a rental would be silly for the investor.
