New tenants are annoying the existing tenants cause it smells like weed.

Was the hassle of a court battle worth it? 

Went through the LLC battle in my head several hundred times, and ultimately landed on an umbrella insurance policy as the band aid to hold over my liability anxiety.  

:I welcome my tenants with a Walmart bag full of goodies on the counter to greet them usually consisting of ; a pack of Newport’s ,a bottle of mad dog ,some mouse traps ,flea and roach spray also a book entitled “how to pay your rent on time “  You should add some air freshener to hide the marijuana smell@Jim K.

If you have never done a fix and flip before, convincing someone to be your partner may be an uphill battle because you might not have the appropriate resume material.

The third one has been an ongoing battle trying to get all of the stuff the previous owner fixed, actually fixed the right way.
