What is your opinion on concrete bath tubs, they are a trend and expensive, but not for the crafty DIY type.Can't recall the magazine right now, but there are sites as well that give the average space allocated to rooms in a range of total square footage of a home, like 12% for a kitchen in a 2000 sq ft home.

The standard bill they send is based off of how many bathtubs are in the unit and whatnot and don't factor in efficiency or use, so I'm hoping it'll decrease once I get the meter and have my bill adjusted.

It seems like an expensive thing to do fully unless you are building ground up because to do it fully ADA compliant clearance at showers, bathtubs and toilets can require moving walls.

I FAR over paid for "renovations" which included new electrical, a paint job and a ghetto bathtub refinishing job which lasted about 6 months.
