We have had some losses taken by insurers causing reinsurance contracts to be renegotiated much higher rates than previous years and the state has approved price increases on admitted markets.

We're at the point where P&S has been signed by all parties of both transactions, and we've been approved for a mortgage by Salem Five.

Advise the owner of any repairs exceeding the scope of this agreement.Price:  $5800 / yrBuilding:  15,000 SF.This is a company that is on the list of 'authorized applicator' approved by Carlisle, our roof warranty company. 

Hello Everyone,I purchased my NACA home more than 5 years ago, and I obtained a HELOC on my home last year.The financial institution that approved and funded my HELOC was fully aware of the NACA Lien on my home and continued with the process either way.Also, I am not in violation of the occupancy requirements.What would NACA's actions be?

Several new carriers have been approved for FL for insurance which should (emphasis on should) alleviate some of the insurance shenanigans going on with SFRs here.  

If they don't have a great chapter in there how to generate leads,  I could never give it my seal of approval.

Get your approvals in place with a lender. 

However when I first I submitted a draw request for single family home the lender rejected the project management fee claiming  it was not included in the approved loans budget. 

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage will give you a clear budget and make you more appealing to sellers.
