The county assessed value means NOTHING.

The majority of data is open source and we can get it by simply looking at Zillow, county websites or heaven forbid taking a trip down to the county clerk’s office and actually pulling the documents.

I tried memberships in the Monroe County REIA, in the Wayne County REIA, and in the Toledo REIA - but the best I've found to date is the Michigan REIA out of Troy, MI.

Petersburg, Florida (Pinellas County). 

Give me a day or two and I'll get an answer from the local county appraiser here in College Station. 

There are several STRs in the area, so I suspect that the county guidelines apply only in this part of Morrison; I am in unincorporated Jefferson County.

Check with your city/county zoning and planning to make sure it’s zoned for what you want to do.  

Absolutely love San Diego county and wish I could do something in Encinitas, CA but priced way out of the market.
