Some people travel for business, attend conventions, family events such as weddings and funerals, so don't limit your thinking to STR's are for vacations only.

@Chris Davidson I mean that is what I initially thought but wholesaling sounds interesting in this case because I’d be skipping the extra fees wed pay and not to mention capital gains and such would be nice too 😅

Generally it hits the market on a wed or Thursday.

We put it on the market on a WED and declare highest and best offers due on TUE by 5 pm.

@Christina@Christina Joe I buy and hole in the Fraser Valley - we recently started a wedding venue in East Chilliwack as well actually . . . we have 7 doors in the FV. 

The venue is a good idea, I could always book the entire place for outdoor weddings etc as well.
