But I fully understand the shotgun approach and if you send enough of them something will stick.AS well as I just think when your dealing with what is in most cases the most valuable asset someone has.. and there is this pervasive attitude of hey tie it up if I can't flip it I just walk...I personally think this style of doing business is just as bad as guru's selling packages for 40k...
