Given the size of the transactions generally offered on crowdfunding sites, there aren’t enough secondary trades large enough to make the economics work systematically (besides the regulatory constraints) for Broker/Dealers to be incentivized to help LPs to redeem their positions via a sale/transfer to a new investor before the end of the investment period. 

VRMCO is the site that lists the propertues but they do not do the loan originations.

Hi Cherilyn--I have done this:  Face to face visit (hopefully you feel safe or take someone with--if not a call). 

Some are disclosed on the site, but it's not guaranteed they are all there.

It is completely free for the landlord and tenants and the site makes money through premium features like background checks, speedier processing of rent payments, etc.I can post rentals, accept applications, do background checks, create leases and send them out for e-signature all for free.
