Hello all, this is my first post here in the forum, i currently live in San Antonio and I'm currently serving in the USAF.

It might be a weird time to pick up multifamily rentals since there is a massive apartment complex being built at the moment, but single family should be pretty safe.Also worth mentioning San Antonio is experiencing massive appreciation right now and a portion of that is certain to spill over into the Corpus area based on proximity and a lot of San Antonio residents vacationing there.

Adding onto what Kieran mentioned above.In the Bay Area in general, and same too in San Jose - it's an appreciation market (properties in San Jose appreciated 12.1% last year).

I'm originally from San Francisco, CA and started investing in 2021.

What factors drive appreciation in the San Antonio market?

I'm searching Houston and San Antonio area.

I wouldn't go through all that trouble to make $10,000 to $20,000 but I guess that amount is acceptable to some people.I know a few successful flippers and they're in the San Francisco Bay Area  - their profit is at least $200,000 to over a $1 million.
