One good thing about Obama being president is that he along with the democratic house and senate will expand housing programs.

My business is headquartered in Chicago, and I live in Ottawa, Canada.

So selling is a good option for them.Also, we are seeing even the same out here in Ottawa.

This is a "lease back" and became an illegal practice in Illinois while Obama was a senator here.

I have not used this, but been told by Senator Wienkowski that the intent of this part of the bill is to be for non permitted living units.  

I was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, but went to college in West Virginia.I hope to purchase my first rental property (SFH or small multifamily) in early 2017 when I become a little more familiar with the area.  

Essentially I was speaking to a mortgage broker here in Ottawa and she was saying it can be anywhere from 2.35% to 4.5%, Now I don't know how accurate that's why I just used 3%. 

We need to lobby the house and senate to get this insanity changed.
