This is not to say it does not happen but simply that it is far rarer than most would think making fear of the codes simply a mysterious boogie man.

That may be the reason for Brandon suggesting you develop relationships with private and hard money lenders.Refinancing works pretty much the same way as your initial mortgage would, so nothing mysterious there.  

It's not a foreclosure, and there have been no murders or meth labs that I have found online.

@Vindy Ma why wouldn't you screen.Do you want an ax murderer living with you, meth cooker, or someone that is suing there landlord for violations or have been evicted from there last 5 places.
