closing attorneys don't visit the property don't go to home inspections don't really interface with appraisers or lenders.. 

I would recommend both, though I personally think Saferent has a more user-friendly interface. 

Its really nice because you can do everything via the web interface.

@John Woodrich I think most of the info is similar as well, but the catch is that Zillow has an interface that allows a script to get that data whereas the MLS doesn't.

Yodlee has consistently been a better infrastructure with a far worse interface.

Also the Miami-Dade County website a has nice property appraiser interface, assuming your in that part of Florida.http://www.miamidade.gov/pa/Best Chip

Podio is very customizable so it serves as the "central hub" or "interface" and creates the relationships between items.

I have TCL Roku TVs in all three of my rentals - dead simple SmartTV interface, good picture, and dirt cheap.  

When it comes down to it, people like to interface with other people in this industry.
