Purchase price: $525,000 Upgraded from our Condo (which we are renting in Lincoln Park) to our first two-flat in Roscoe Village.

Just looking for a few tips on if the bladensburg, hyattsville, silver spring, Gaithursburg, temple hills and or the montgomery village areas are good places to invest in.

If lower budget check out Little Village, Brighton Park, Mckinley Park all growing strong with good cashflow for out of state investors.

So many towns, villages, and such make it as difficult/expensive as possible.
