Magic Village Resort by Wyndham STR Investment/Kissimmee, Fl

Hi, 

I had a client that recently purchased one of these properties and was wondering if anybody else has had any experience with these STRs.  It seems like there are a lot of these properties for sale and some of the properties have been on the market for quite some time ranging from 6 months to 1 yr.  The prices also vary widely having up to almost 100k difference although the property characteristics are virtually identical.  Any help/advice would be much appreciated as I'm headed to Florida tomorrow and will be there till the 14th.
