I'm currently in the Navy and i'm stationed in Spain and I only have 1 and 1/2 years remaining in the Navy, at that point I would like to be debt free bc i'll be attenting college.

The house next door just got sold for 265 (asking 279K) same issues with drainage but the owners were very diligent in combating the problem and installing french drains around the entire house.

how would I go about looking for one I have 340 days until I leave the navy so I have a good amount of prep time and time to put some serious hard work in I appreciate any and all advice you can learn from everything thank you so much I really do appreciate all of your wonderful words.

My husband is active duty Navy.

It's been a very busy holiday season - just finished renovations on my condo on 12/28, my property manager listed it on Craigslist on 12/29, had a showing on 12/30, a Navy couple signed a 12 month lease on 12/31, and they moved in yesterday!

I'm a 10 year Navy veteran and planning on transitioning out in the next few months.

The first one was probably 25x25 & very damp.The second one is more of a challenge as they had hand dug the basement & have french drains running around the base to a sump.
