I actually have a question I am apart of the military. I am getting out soon and my VA loan will allow me to get a 4 plex with no down payment, a nice foot in the door. however I have to live in one of the rooms for the amount of 4 years. I can use this as much as I want every 4 years I want to know about how to look at going for a 4 plex. I am really new if it is possible I want one that the cash flow from the 3 I rent, pays my rent so I can focus on saving for more investment's.. is this possible? how would I go about looking for one I have 340 days until I leave the navy so I have a good amount of prep time and time to put some serious hard work in I appreciate any and all advice you can learn from everything thank you so much I really do appreciate all of your wonderful words.
