I know that Salt Lake City is reasonably priced, as is Tucson and Phoenix. 

BP can be a good resource for information but also plenty of info to be taken with a grain of salt but also some straight up nonsense.

BTW, I'm no expert so please take my opinions with a grain of salt.

Afternoon all, anyone have a good vendor that does snow shovel/salting in the Garfield Ridge/Clearing neighborhood in Chicago just west of Midway? 

I am not a legal expert and so you should take everything I say with a grain of salt and for sure contact an attorney and have them draft the contract with the terms you and your partner agree upon.
